David came from corporate banking, investment banking, and private equity. Madi came from pharmaceutical sales. They spent years evaluating the janitorial industry before launching, and what they kept seeing was the same problem everywhere: companies that promised quality but cut corners on hiring, training, and accountability.
Madi noticed something else — medical facilities in Houston were not being cleaned to the standards they should be. That observation became one of the foundations of the business. HTX was built from the start to handle healthcare-grade cleaning, not just basic office maintenance.
